Click the “Submit ShipGuard+ Claim” button on the order page.

Attach Supporting Documents

Upload any photos, receipts, or documents that support the claim.

Locate the Affected Order:

Navigate to the specific order requiring a claim.

Provide Necessary Details

Fill out the claim form, including any relevant information or notes.

Submit the Claim

Review all information for accuracy.

Click “Submit” to send the claim to our team.

What Happens Next:

Confirmation Email:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming receipt of the claim.

Claims Assessment:

  • Our team will review the claim and may reach out if additional information is needed.

Resolution:

  • We aim to resolve claims within 3-5 business days.
  • You’ll receive notification of the outcome and any next steps.

Enter Your Order Information

Provide your order number and email address

Describe the Issue

Select the type of issue (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged).
