How to File a Claim
For Businesses:

- Log in to your Order Management System (Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation, etc.).
Locate the Order:
- Find the customer’s order that requires attention.
Submit the Claim:
- Click on the “Submit ShipGuard+ Claim” button on the order page.
- Fill out the necessary details and attach any supporting documents.
- Submit the claim.
For Customers:

- Go to our Make a Claim page to file your claim.
Provide Order Details:
- Enter your order number and contact information.
Describe the Issue:
- Explain what happened—whether your package was lost, stolen, or damaged.
