How to File a Claim

Locate the Order:

  • Find the customer’s order that requires attention.

 

Submit the Claim:

  • Click on the “Submit ShipGuard+ Claim” button on the order page.
  • Fill out the necessary details and attach any supporting documents.
  • Submit the claim.
